I have published a new version of my MSX/Coleco Sprite & Tile Set Editor for Windows.
It now has a proper code signing certificate, and will no longer give warnings on Windows 8 and below, or be blocked by Windows 10 (It could be bypassed, but it's not obvious).
This new version includes some more features, for displaying sprite animations, and editing tile/character sets. There is still more work to do in the tile/character set section, but it is usable in it's current state.
If you have installed it previously, your icon will more than likely not work anymore, as the certificate makes it a new application.
